From the team behind Melbourne’s beachside dining institutions Stokehouse and Stokehouse Pasta & Bar comes Stoke-Grill, the latest addition to the Premium Members Dining offering within the Medallion Club at Marvel Stadium. Bringing bold flavours, premium produce, and signature hospitality to the heart of the action, Stoke-Grill is a concept designed specifically to match the thrill of the game.
With a powerhouse grill serving flame-kissed cuts, fresh seafood and unapologetic flavours, Stokehouse Precinct Executive Chef Jason Staudt has expertly crafted a menu inspired by the heat of the grill and the energy of the stadium. Taking cues from Stokehouse’s produce-driven and bold approach to the menu, the dishes are grill-led and favour seafood signatures - bringing the best of the surf to the turf of Marvel Stadium.
